Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment or have been shipped.
Shipping Times
Because of high demand and our specialized fulfillment process, our estimated delivery times are:
United States Shipping
8–12 business days
(Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.)
High-Volume Periods
During sales, holidays, and promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided automatically once your order ships.
Tracking details may take 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.
If your tracking shows “In Transit,” “Departed Facility,” or “Processed Through Facility,” your package is still moving normally.
Lost / Stolen / Marked-as-Delivered Packages
Velloria is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information entered by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after delivery
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package:
We recommend:
Checking with household members and neighbors
Confirming the shipping address on your order
Checking your mailbox, parcel lockers, or around the delivery area
Waiting 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early)
If the package is not found after 48 hours, contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Veyric is unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Delayed Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to:
Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Customs, local processing, or high-volume periods
While delays are outside our control, we are always happy to assist in checking tracking information for you.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
Velloria is not liable for delays or lost packages
We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address
If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for unused/unopened products only.
